Configure and manage AI providers for Karolina’s intelligence features.

Overview

Karolina supports multiple AI providers, allowing you to choose the best model for your needs. Each provider has different capabilities, pricing, and performance characteristics.

Provider Configuration

Setting Default Provider

  1. Go to SettingsAI
  2. Click Default Provider
  3. Select provider and model
  4. Save

Organization vs. Personal

Setting Scope Who Configures
Organization All users in org Admin only
Personal Your account only Individual user

Provider Priority

Set fallback order:

  1. Go to SettingsAI
  2. Click Provider Priority
  3. Drag to reorder
  4. First available is used

  2. Select default model
  3. Set organization (optional)
  4. Test connection
  5. Save

Anthropic Configuration

  1. Enter API Key
  2. Select default model
  3. Test connection
  4. Save

Groq Configuration

  1. Enter API Key
  2. Select default model
  3. Test connection
  4. Save

GLM-5 Configuration

Automatic Routing

Let Karolina choose:

  1. Enable Smart Routing
  2. Karolina selects based on:
    • Task complexity
    • Latency requirements
    • Cost optimization
    • Quality needs

Task-Specific Settings

Override defaults per task:

  1. Go to SettingsAITasks
  2. Configure per task:
    • Summary generation
    • Email drafting
    • Risk analysis
    • Report creation

Troubleshooting
