Setup

Step 1: Connect

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Click Connect next to Intercom
  3. Authorize in Intercom

Step 2: Configure

Conversation Sync All, Active only
Include Notes Yes/No
History 30, 90, 180 days
