Inviting Users

Send Invitation

  1. Click Invite Members
  2. Enter email address(es)
  3. Select role
  4. Click Send Invitation

Invitation Options

Option Description
Role Assign initial role
Message Add personal note
Expiration Invitation valid for 7 days

Managing Users

Edit User

Change user settings:

Setting Modifiable By
Name User, Admin
Email Admin
Role Admin
Department Admin
Manager Admin

Deactivate User

Temporarily disable access:

  1. Click user
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. User cannot log in
  4. Data preserved

Remove User

Permanently remove:

  1. Click user
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm action
  4. User deleted

Departments

Organize users by team:

Action Description
Create Add new department
Rename Change name
Delete Remove department
Reassign Move users

Reporting Structure

Set up manager relationships:

  1. Go to Reporting Structure
  2. Drag users under managers
  3. Hierarchy shown
  4. Auto-assign from structure
