- Set default payment method
- Enable Auto-Pay

- Click Change Plan
- Select new plan
- Confirm proration
- Changes applied immediately
- Click Change Plan
- Select lower plan
- Confirm effective date
- Changes at next billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select reason
- Confirm cancellation
- Access until period ends
