QBR Decks help you build compelling quarterly business reviews that showcase customer value, track progress, and drive renewals and expansions.

QBR Deck Builder

Access from the main navigation:

  1. Click QBR Decks in the sidebar
  2. View existing decks
  3. Click Create New Deck
  4. Select an account
  5. Start building

Creating a Deck

Step 1: Select Template

Choose a starting template or blank canvas.

Step 2: Select Account

Choose the customer account for this QBR.

Step 3: Select Date Range

Choose the quarter or custom date range to cover.

Step 4: Configure Sections

  1. Enable/disable sections
  2. Reorder as needed
  3. Select data sources for each section

Step 5: Customize Content

Edit any auto-populated content:

  • Change text
  • Add custom insights
  • Include manual notes
  • Upload additional images

Step 6: Generate with AI

Click Generate Content to auto-populate with AI:

  • Written summaries
  • Key talking points
  • Insight explanations
  • Recommended actions

Deck Editor

Adding Slides

  1. Click Add Slide
  2. Choose slide type:
    • Title slide
    • Content slide
    • Chart slide
    • Image slide
    • Quote slide

Editing Slides

Click any slide element to edit:

  • Text: Click to edit inline
  • Images: Drag to replace
  • Charts: Select data source
  • Colors: Choose theme colors

Adding Custom Data

  1. Click Add Custom Metric
  2. Enter value and label
  3. Choose display format
  4. Add to any slide

Sharing Decks

Generate a read-only link:

  1. Click Share
  2. Click Create Link
  3. Set expiration (optional)
  4. Copy and send link

Email

Send deck via email:

  1. Click Share
  2. Click Email
  3. Enter recipient(s)
  4. Add personal note
  5. Click Send

Presentation Mode

Present directly from Karolina:

  1. Click Present
  2. Navigate with arrows
  3. Use speaker notes
  4. Exit with Escape

Add comments on slides:

  1. Click Comment icon
  2. Select slide area
  3. Type comment
  4. Tag team members

Version History

View previous versions:

  1. Click History
  2. See all versions
  3. Click to preview
  4. Restore if needed

Team Templates

Create organization-wide templates:

  1. Build a deck
  2. Click Save as Template
  3. Name the template
  4. Share with team
