Connect Zendesk to sync support tickets.
Overview
Track support ticket volume and sentiment to inform customer health scoring.
Setup
Prerequisites
- Zendesk admin access
- OAuth app configured
Step 1: Create OAuth App
- In Zendesk, go to Admin → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API
- Click OAuth Clients tab
- Click Add OAuth client
- Fill in:
- Name: “Karolina”
- ID:
karolina - Secret: (generate)
- Redirect URLs:
https://api.karolina.ai/integrations/zendesk/callback - Save
Step 2: Connect in Karolina
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect next to Zendesk
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain
- Click Connect
- Authorize in Zendesk
