Zendesk Integration

Connect Zendesk to sync support tickets.

Overview

Track support ticket volume and sentiment to inform customer health scoring.

Setup

Prerequisites

  • Zendesk admin access
  • OAuth app configured

Step 1: Create OAuth App

  1. In Zendesk, go to AdminApps and integrationsAPIsZendesk API
  2. Click OAuth Clients tab
  3. Click Add OAuth client
  4. Fill in:
    • Name: “Karolina”
    • ID: karolina
    • Secret: (generate)
  5. Redirect URLs: https://api.karolina.ai/integrations/zendesk/callback
  6. Save

Step 2: Connect in Karolina

  1. Go to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Click Connect next to Zendesk
  3. Enter your Zendesk subdomain
  4. Click Connect
  5. Authorize in Zendesk

yourcompany.zendesk.com
→ Enter: yourcompany
