Configure your organization’s profile and preferences.
Accessing Settings
Only admins can access organization settings.
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Organization
Organization Profile
Basic Information

Logo Upload
- Click Upload Logo
- Select image file
- Crop if needed
- Save
Color Theme
Customize Karolina colors:

Data Management
Data Retention
Configure data retention:

Export Data
Export all organization data:
- Click Export Data
- Select format (CSV, JSON)
- Choose data types
- Click Export
- Download when ready
Danger Zone
Delete Organization
Permanently delete organization:
- Click Delete Organization
- Enter organization name to confirm
- This action cannot be undone
Transfer Ownership
Transfer to another admin:
- Click Transfer Ownership
- Select new owner
- Confirm transfer
