Prioritized, actionable tasks to manage your customer success workflow.
Overview
Actions are the tasks and follow-ups generated from signals, recommendations, and manual creation. They help you stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Action Types

Action Properties
Each action contains:

Convert a signal to an action:
- Open a signal
- Click Create Action
- Pre-filled with signal context
- Adjust details as needed
- Click Create
From Account
Create action for specific account:
- Open account profile
- Go to Actions tab
- Click Add Action
- Fill in details
- Click Create
AI-Generated Actions
Karolina AI can suggest actions:
- Go to Actions
- Click AI Suggestions
- Review suggested actions
- Accept or dismiss individual suggestions
- Edit before accepting if needed
Completing Actions
Mark Complete
- Click the action
- Click Mark Complete
- Optionally add completion notes
- Action moves to Completed
Quick Complete
From list or kanban:
- Click the checkmark icon
- Action marked complete immediately
- No additional steps required
Bulk Complete
Complete multiple actions at once:
- Select multiple actions (checkboxes)
- Click Complete Selected
- All marked complete

Postpone an action:

Change who it’s assigned to:

Approval Workflows
Some actions require approval before execution:
Approval Required
Actions marked for human review:
- AI generates draft action
- Assigned to manager for approval
- Manager approves or rejects
- If approved, action moves to assignee
Approval Settings
Configure approval rules:
- Go to Settings → Workflows
- Click Approval Rules
- Add rule:
