Connect Slack for team notifications and collaboration.
Overview
Receive Karolina alerts in Slack channels and collaborate with your team on customer accounts.
Setup
Managed setup (recommended)
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack
- Click Add Karolina to Slack
- Approve access in the Slack popup
- Wait for Ready — Karolina verifies the connection, sets default channels, and sends a welcome DM
No Slack app developer setup, Socket Mode tokens, or Request URL configuration required.
Enterprise BYO setup
Organizations with a custom Slack app can use the BYO wizard to paste OAuth credentials and an app-level token for Socket Mode.
