The Daily Brief is an AI-generated summary at the top of your dashboard.

What’s Included

  • Greeting: Personalized welcome with the current date
  • Summary: Key updates across your accounts
  • Top Priorities: Accounts that need immediate attention

Customization

Adding Widgets

  1. Click the Add Widget button
  2. Choose from available widgets:
    • Signal trends
    • Upcoming renewals
    • Team workload
    • Engagement metrics

Arranging Widgets

Drag and drop widgets to reorder your dashboard. Your layout is saved automatically.

Time Period Selection

Change the comparison period for all metrics:

  • Today
  • This week
  • This month
  • Custom range

Team Dashboard

Managers can view team-wide dashboards:

  1. Click Team View in the top right
  2. See aggregated team metrics
  3. Compare individual CSM performance
  4. Identify accounts needing reassignment

Daily Routine

  1. Start your day by reviewing the Daily Brief
  2. Check Alerts for new issues
  3. Prioritize Actions by urgency
  4. End the day by updating Notes on key accounts

Sharing Dashboards

Export dashboard views for stakeholders:

  • PDF Export: Full dashboard snapshot
  • Share Link: Live dashboard link (view-only)
  • Scheduled Reports: Automated daily/weekly emails
